Beef & Noodle Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Lb Ground Beef
• 1 Medium Yellow Onion, Finely Chopped
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
• 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
• 1 Cup Frozen Peas
• 1 Can Corn, Drained & Rinsed
• 8 Oz Egg Noodles, Cooked
• 15 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
• 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
• 1 Tsp Chili Powder
• 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
• Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Set a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add in the ground beef, peppers, onion & garlic. Cook until meat is browned. Add corn, peas, tomato sauce, parsley & chili powder. Mix well, then transfer the meat mixture & the noodles to the prepared baking dish. Place in oven, uncovered, & bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until casserole is heated through.
