Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Egg

• 1 Cup Sugar

• 1 Cup Peanut Butter

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Form dough into round tablespoonfuls. Place on baking sheet at least 2 inches apart, and then use a fork to flatten and form a cross pattern. Bake in oven 6-8 minutes.
