TC Markets Produce Vendor Form

Founded in 1962, Town & Country Super Market, Inc. is a locally-owned grocery retailer operating 31 supermarkets under the Town & Country Supermarket, Country Mart, Apple Market and Price Chopper banners in Missouri and Arkansas. We proudly support locally grown produce.

We require our vendors to have the following insurance:

Product Liability - $2,000,000 per occurrence with a $4,000,000 aggregate.

Automobile and General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate.

Workers Compensation with statutory limits.

Insurance and Gap Certification (if applicable) is required for all vendors with sales over $50,000 annually.
