Tortilla Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 8 Oz. Cream Cheese, Soft
• 1 Can Chopped Ripe Olives
• 1 Can Chopped Green Chilies
• 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
• 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/4 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
• 5 Flour Tortillas
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until blended. Spread over the tortillas; roll up tightly. Wrap each with plastic wrap, twisting ends; refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap; cut into 1/2 inch slices. An electric knife works best. Garnish with parsley. Serve with salsa if desired.
