• 3 Clementines

• 6 Oz. Dark Chocolate

• Coarse Salt

Directions:

Melt dark chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Peel clementines. Dip each clementine in the melted dark chocolate and set gently on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. Sprinkle with a pinch of course sea salt. Let dry to harden chocolate. To hurry things along you can put them in the refrigerator. When the chocolate is hard, enjoy your chocolate dipped clementines immediately or store in the fridge for a day or two.
