INGREDIENTS:

• 16 Oz. Milk Chocolate Chips

• 2 Tbsp. Shortening

• 1 Lb. Fresh Strawberries

• Other Edible Valentines Decorations

Ex. Sprinkles, White Chocolate or Pink Colored Chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and shortening, stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding them by toothpicks dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. While the chocolate is still wet add any sprinkles you’d like. To drizzle, use a ziplock bag with melted chocolate inside and the corner clipped off.
