Crispy Oven Fried Chicken


• 8 Pieces Of Chicken

• 2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 Tsp. Onion Powder

• 1/2 Tsp. Paprika

• 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

• 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper   

• 1 Tsp. Dried Parsley

• 2 Tsp. Salt   

• 1 1/2 Cup Flour

• 1 Cup Milk   

• Canola Spray


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray large baking sheet with canola spray. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, dried parsley and salt.  Season Chicken with 2 tsp of mix, then combine seasoning with flour. Place milk in a bowl for dipping. Coat both sides of the seasoned chicken in the flour. Next, dip chicken in milk, then dip it back into the flour.  Shake off the excess flour then place on the baking sheet, skin side up.  Next generously spray the chicken with the canola spray, then place into preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
