• 2 peaches, sliced into thin wedges
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 8 strawberries, sliced lengthwise
• 1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
• 2 tablespoons sugar
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Form a circle in tart pan with one puff pastry sheet. Bake until the bottom has set. Let crust cool completely. Layer the peaches on cooled crust working your way into the center. Next the strawberries, then blueberries. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar & bake for 15 minutes. Allow the tart to rest for five minutes before serving.
