INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cups balsamic vinegar

• 3 whole ripe tomatoes, sliced thick

• 12 Oz., weight mozzarella cheese

• fresh basil leaves

• olive oil, for drizzling

• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Slice cheese and Tomatoes. Layer then top with basil leaves. Drizzle Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on top then sprinkle with Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper.
