INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Lb. Chicken Breast, Chopped

• 1 Tsp. Olive Oil

• 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/4 Cup Diced Celery

• 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion

• 1/4 Cup Grapes, Halved

• 1/2 cup Diced Apples

• 1/4 Cup Diced Cranberries

• 1/4 Cup Chopped Almonds

• 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

• 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise

• 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice

• 1 Head Large Leaf Lettuce

DIRECTIONS:

Saute the chopped chicken & season with salt, pepper, & a bit of garlic powder until cooked through. Toss together the chicken, celery, onion, grapes, apple, cranberries & almonds. Separately, combine the Greek yogurt, mayo, & lemon juice. Add sauce to the chicken mixture and toss. Wash & separate lettuce, pat leaves dry with a paper towel. Add a large spoonful of the chicken mixture to each lettuce wrap.
