INGREDIENTS:

CRUST:

• 1 cup rolled oats

• 1 cup almonds

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 2 Tbsp sugar

• 4 1/2 Tbsp oil, melted

FILLING:

• 3/4 cup strawberry jam

• 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, chopped

• 2 Tbsp salted creamy peanut butter

• optional: 2 Tbsp roasted salted peanuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F & line a baking dish with parchment paper. Add oats, almonds, salt & sugar to food processor and pulse till fine. Mix this & oil together. Spread into baking dish & press. Bake for 15 minutes. Increase heat to 375 degrees & bake for 5 more minutes. Heat jam & strawberries until hot & pourable. Add jam to crust. Dollop peanut butter & swirl through jam. Reduce oven to 350 degrees & bake for additional 15 minutes. Remove & let oven cool completely. Slice into squares!
